Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a strategic Director, HR Service Delivery to lead the global HR technology landscape, including Oracle HCM and related applications. You will partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to drive operating efficiency, data integrity, and employee experience while guiding a globally distributed team of professionals.

You will own the HR technology roadmap, oversee platform optimization, manage budgets, and collaborate with vendors and partners to deliver scalable solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in HR technology, HRIS, enterprise applications, or related disciplines.
• Extensive hands-on Oracle HCM experience, including both functional and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for HR technology service delivery aligned with business and HR objectives.
• Serve as the executive leader and SME for Oracle HCM, driving platform optimization and adoption.
• Lead major HR technology initiatives including enhancements, integrations, and new modules.
• Oversee daily operation, support, and performance of Oracle HCM and related HR apps.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics for service delivery.
• Lead a globally distributed team of TPMs, HRIS analysts, and support professionals.
• Manage relationships with implementation partners, software vendors, and service providers.
• Oversee HR technology budgets, licensing, consulting, and resource planning.
• Partner with HR leaders to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Security, etc.
• Communicate roadmaps, risks, and achievements to senior leadership.
• Ensure enterprise HR systems maintain data integrity, compliance, and security.
