Job summary

Digital Realty seeks a Director of HR Service Delivery to lead the strategy, delivery and continuous improvement of our global HR technology landscape, focusing on Oracle HCM and related applications. You will guide executive stakeholders, manage a globally distributed team, and ensure data integrity, security, and optimized HR workflows across regions.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Employee Platforms, and requires deep Oracle HCM expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years in HR technology, HRIS or related fields.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing programs and teams.
• Extensive hands-on Oracle HCM experience with multiple modules.
• Proven success leading large Oracle HCM implementations globally.
• Strong knowledge of integrations, APIs, data management and security.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic roadmap for HR technology service delivery.
• Lead Oracle HCM optimization, innovation, and adoption.
• Plan and execute major HR tech initiatives, including integrations and new modules.
• Oversee daily operation and performance of Oracle HCM and related apps.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and metrics; drive continuous improvement.
• Lead globally distributed team of PMs, HRIS analysts, and support staff.
• Manage relationships with vendors and implementation partners.
• Oversee HR technology budgets and resource planning.
• Partner with HR leaders to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Security.
• Communicate roadmaps, risks, and progress to senior leadership.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, security, and reliability of HR systems.
