Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a Director, HR Service Delivery to lead the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of our global HR technology landscape, including Oracle HCM.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Employee Platforms, you will shape the long-term HR tech vision, manage a globally distributed team, and partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to drive efficiency and data integrity across the workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of HR technology/HRIS experience.
• 7+ years leading large, global teams.
• Extensive Oracle HCM expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for HR technology service delivery.
• Serve as executive SME for Oracle HCM and related HR apps.
• Lead planning and execution of major HR tech initiatives.
• Oversee daily operation and performance of Oracle HCM.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and metrics for service delivery.
• Lead globally distributed teams of PMs, HRIS analysts, and specialists.
• Manage vendor relationships and budgets.
• Translate business requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Security.
• Communicate roadmaps and risks to senior leaders.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and reliability.
