Job summary

Digital Realty seeks a Director, HR Service Delivery to lead strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of our global HR technology landscape, with a focus on Oracle HCM. You will oversee a globally distributed team and partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to optimize systems and data integrity.

You will drive initiatives, manage budgets, vendor relationships, and ensure security and reliability of HR applications across regions and time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in HR technology or HRIS.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing teams and programs.
• Extensive hands-on Oracle HCM experience (functional & technical).
• Experience leading globally distributed teams across regions/time zones.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems architecture, integrations, data management and security.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for HR technology service delivery.
• Lead Oracle HCM optimization, innovation, and adoption across the organization.
• Manage major HR tech initiatives: enhancements, integrations, new modules.
• Oversee daily operation, support, and performance of Oracle HCM & related applications.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs and operational metrics for continuous improvement.
• Lead globally distributed teams of PMs, HRIS analysts, and support staff.
• Manage vendor relationships and HR tech budgets.
• Translate business requirements into scalable tech solutions for HR.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across HR, IT, Finance and Security.
• Communicate roadmaps and risks to senior leadership.
