Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Director of HR Process Transformation & Project Management (East Coast) to lead the end-to-end migration of Job Requisition processes and HR data management to Oracle Fusion. You will coordinate with HRDM, TA Operations, and Global Mobility to ensure a smooth transition with clear timelines and training plans.

The role requires 3+ years in PM or process transformation, and experience with Oracle Fusion; SAP SuccessFactors or Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, HRIS, or BPM with project leadership.
• At least 3 years in a PM or transformation role.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion implementations/transitions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project plan for HR data and process transition.
• Develop integrated timelines, training, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with TA Operations, HRDM, and international teams for on-time delivery.
• Establish governance cadence, status reporting, and escalation paths.
• Create SOPs and training documents for new HR processes.
