Job summary

Figma is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance our Workday platform with a focus on Core HCM configuration, security, and reporting. The role balances hands-on day-to-day support with scalable system improvements and cross-team collaboration.

You will configure Workday Core HCM, manage security roles, and triage HRIS tickets while driving larger projects across Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, and more.

Qualifications

• 4+ years configuring Workday HCM and administering security at a public company.
• Experience managing an HRIS support queue and end-user requests.
• Proficiency creating, executing, and troubleshooting EIBs and Workday reporting.
• Understanding HR business processes across the employee lifecycle with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM, including business processes, notifications, alerts, conditions, and validations.
• Maintain Workday security roles and access, ensuring SOX compliance.
• Manage HRIS support ticket queue and resolve system issues; identify root causes and propose improvements.
• Lead end-to-end projects across Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, Performance, Absence modules.
• Build and troubleshoot Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support business needs.
• Create and test Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) integrations for data imports/exports.
• Support Workday releases by testing and evaluating new functionality.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, testing, and SOPs.
