Job summary

Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support Workday and related HR systems in a fully remote role. You will manage data integrity, run reports, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and leadership on analytics and governance initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years' experience with HRIS/Workday, strong Excel skills, and a focus on data accuracy and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience supporting HRIS, Workday, payroll, HR operations, data analytics, or related business systems.
• Experience with large datasets and reporting tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Workday and related HR systems.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve HRIS issues and user inquiries.
• Maintain employee, organizational, and position data integrity.
• Troubleshoot current state and configure new business process.
• Configure new updates, and feature enhancements.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute standard and ad hoc reports.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and leadership on reporting needs.
• Participate in system testing for Workday releases, enhancements, and projects.
