Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking an HRIS Analyst II (Remote) to support administration and continuous improvement of Workday HR systems. You will partner with HR stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, enhance configuration, and ensure data integrity across HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and more.

The role involves testing, documentation, and collaboration on cross-functional HR technology initiatives, with emphasis on accurate data, training, and timely communication to HR partners and users.

Formación

• 2 years - experience in HRIS configuration and system administration, preferably Workday.
• Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain HR systems, primarily Workday, supporting daily operations, user questions, system navigation, and issue resolution across applicable HR functional areas.
• Partner with Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning, HR Partners and other stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues.
• Support Workday configuration, enhancement, and release activities by gathering requirements and performing regression testing.
• Monitor and improve HR data quality by identifying data integrity issues and coordinating corrective actions.
• Create, maintain, and update HRIS documentation, job aids, testing materials, process guides, and training resources.
• Assist with system projects including process improvements, reporting enhancements, and cross-functional HR technology initiatives.
• Communicate system updates and training needs to HR partners and stakeholders in a timely, business-appropriate manner.
• Support HR reporting and analytics needs by helping users locate reports and validate outputs.
