Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Sr. Compensation & Data Analyst (Remote) to partner with the Director of Compensation. You will own benchmarking, pricing, governance, and market analyses to guide pay decisions and talent strategy.

You will lead end-to-end compensation projects, validate data integrity between PayFactors and Workday, and deliver executive-ready insights for leadership. A strong Excel, Workday, and PayFactors background is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in compensation analysis and/or administration of compensation programs
• 4+ years of experience in a compensation analyst role or comparable

Responsibilities

• Serves as a trusted advisor on compensation principles, policies, and procedures
• Drives evaluation of pay practices and programs to improve competitiveness and internal equity
• Owns complex compensation analyses and interprets trends for executive-ready insights
• Leads end-to-end compensation projects and annual compensation cycle planning
• Owns market pricing for company jobs and establishes recommended pay ranges
• Leads job description reviews to ensure alignment to job levels and market pricing
• Maintains SOPs and data governance for compensation processes
• Coordinates data submission for total rewards surveys with audit trails
• Stays current on best practices and drives scalable process improvements
• Partners with HR and Legal on compensation-related compliance analyses
