Job summary

Tal Healthcare is seeking an HRIS Analyst to lead administration, optimization, and support of the ADP Workforce Now HRIS, focusing on security, reporting, and data integrity within a healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years in HRIS with ADP, strong Excel/SQL/BI skills, and a collaborative approach. Hybrid or remote work options are available to support organizational needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HRIS administration with ADP Workforce Now experience.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities using ADP reporting tools and BI stacks.
• Healthcare experience is a plus; candidate should handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Administer ADP Workforce Now and related modules (Core HR, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Performance).
• Audit, configure, maintain system setup, security, access, workflows and business rules.
• Analyze workflows to improve operational efficiency for clinical and nonclinical staff.
• Conduct routine data audits of demographics, licensure, certifications, and payroll records.
• Support audits by extracting/validating HR data for regulatory standards (e.g., Joint Commission).
• Design and distribute reports/dashboards using ADP tools, Excel, Tableau, SQL, Power BI, Python, and R.
• Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to HR leadership and managers.
• Provide tier 2 system user support, develop SOPs, and conduct training.
• Collaborate with Payroll, IT, and Finance to ensure tech alignment.
