Apis Services, Inc. seeks a Sr HRIS Analyst (Power BI | ADP) to partner with the Sr HRIS Manager in developing and optimizing HR reports and dashboards using Power BI and ADP Workforce Now. This role is 100% remote, with residency required in NY, NJ, PA, TX, GA, NE, CO, WI, SD, IL.

You will support day-to-day reporting, ensure data accuracy, and deliver actionable insights for stakeholders. Strong data governance, experience with HRIS platforms, Excel, and SharePoint are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years Power BI and Power Automate experience.
• 6+ years HRIS data experience.
• Strong knowledge of DAX, ETL and data validation.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and HR reporting.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Develop HR reports and dashboards in Power BI using ADP Workforce Now data.
• Automate reports with Power Automate and other tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Maintain audit schedules and data governance practices.
• Collaborate with HRIS Analytics Manager and HR teams on requirements.
