Job summary

One Inc is seeking an HRBP for Product & Technology to serve as a strategic partner to executives, aligning HR practices with business goals while supporting rapid growth in a remote US environment.

The HRBP will guide talent strategy, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development across the Product and Technology teams, ensuring compliance and effective change management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Working knowledge across compensation, organizational diagnosis, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; SHRM credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals for Product & Technology.
• Lead talent management, onboarding, performance reviews and succession planning.
• Coach managers on leadership, feedback and development.
• Ensure legal compliance and interpret HR policies across locations.
• Drive change management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
• Coordinate training programs with the Director, L&D and leaders.
• Address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
• Support workforce planning, restructures and international assignments.
