Job summary

BlackLine is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner for Product and Technology. This role partners with senior leaders to shape the talent agenda, drive high performance, and implement innovative people strategies in a fast-paced global tech environment.

You will influence executives, lead complex initiatives, and coach leaders to elevate organizational effectiveness while aligning with business goals. This is a strategic, executive contributor position based in Pleasanton, CA with hybrid work

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field.
12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6 years in a strategic HRBP role.
Proven ability to influence C-level executives and drive enterprise-wide people initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead as the HR strategist and thought partner for Product and Technology leaders.
Consult on complex organizational design challenges and large-scale transformations.
Own end-to-end talent strategy, including executive succession planning and development.
Coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, organizational dynamics, and employee relations.
Lead cross-functional HR initiatives from conception through execution.
Collaborate with a global team of HR partners across regions.
