Job summary

One Inc is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support Product and Technology. This remote role partners with executives to align HR efforts with business goals, focusing on talent strategy, performance management and organizational development.

The HRBP will coach leaders, manage employee relations, and ensure regulatory compliance across the remote US workforce. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of HRBP experience and SHRM credentials.

Qualifications

• Proven experience partnering with Technology/Product leaders.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to executives on HR strategies.
• Support talent management, onboarding, performance and succession planning.
• Coach managers on leadership practices and provide development guidance.
