12+ years of progressive HR experience, incl. 6+ years as Strategic HRBP for senior leaders
Experience influencing C-level executives and driving enterprise-wide people initiatives
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
Strong business/financial acumen; translate strategy into long-range talent plans
Demonstrated track record of using AI to elevate work and adopt new tech

Responsibilities

Lead HR strategy for Product and Technology leadership
Consult on complex org design, large-scale transformations, and change leadership
