Job summary

Align Technology is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner for US field sales teams. You will drive talent strategy, design organizational capability, and deliver data-driven talent recommendations.

You will collaborate across HR and business, manage full lifecycle initiatives, and lead projects with a continuous improvement mindset while traveling up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting Director level clients and driving full talent lifecycle actions.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work across functions to integrate HR and business strategies.
• Analytical with ability to measure and analyze HR metrics.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to influence without authority.
• Willingness to travel 10% and support teams in US time zones.
• Experience in a matrixed organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Roll up sleeves to roll out data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention and employee experience.
• Execute initiatives across the full employee lifecycle in talent management, organizational effectiveness and design, performance management, employee relations and compensation for assigned groups.
• Lead projects and processes spanning the US HR organization with focus on continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Partner with Sales Directors and Managers to drive talent strategy and align HR and business outcomes.
