Job summary

MPower Plus is seeking an experienced HR People & Transformation Consulting Manager to lead HR transformation initiatives and advise senior HR leaders. You will deliver strategic people and organizational change solutions across industries, combining consulting expertise with HCM technology knowledge.

You will drive HR operating model design, process redesign, and workforce planning while mentoring consultants and supporting business development.

Qualifications

8-12 years of experience in HR consulting or HR transformation.
Strong experience in HR operating models, process transformation, and organizational design.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or comparable HCM platforms.
Proven client management, project leadership, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

Lead HR transformation engagements, including HR operating models, shared services, and HR service delivery optimization.
Drive HR process redesign, organization design, job architecture, and strategic workforce planning initiatives.
Advise clients on HCM technology strategy and implementations, including SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM.
Develop HR transformation roadmaps, business cases, and value-realization frameworks.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and Generative AI to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, deliverables, and client relationships.
Lead, mentor, and develop consultants and senior consulting team members.
Support business development through proposals, client presentations, solution development, and thought leadership.
