RSM US LLP's Human Capital Advisory team seeks a Supervisor with deep experience in large-scale HR, organizational, and HCM transformations. You will lead engagements across North America, guiding teams and delivering strategic HR solutions aligned to client strategies.

In this role, you’ll manage HR operating model redesign, HRIS implementation, and workforce optimization projects, while partnering with senior leaders and supporting business development.

Formación

• 6+ years in human capital consulting with large-scale HR/HCM transformations.
• Deep understanding of HR functions, strategy, processes, technology, and compliance.
• Experience in at least two areas: HR technology strategy/implementation, org design, and talent optimization.
• Experience with HR shared services, change management, and employee experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the U.S. and Canada.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage large-scale HR and organizational transformation projects.
• Partner with clients to design future-state HR capabilities aligned with strategy.
• Develop strategic recommendations across talent management, org design, and change management.
• Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and co-create solutions.
• Produce client-ready deliverables with clear insights and recommendations.
• Support business development through proposals and client meetings.
