Maximus is seeking an Senior Analyst within HR Strategy & Transformation to lead workstreams across engagements, turning ambiguity into structured solutions that drive impact. You will guide junior Analysts and serve as delivery lead on smaller engagements under an engagement owner, while advancing process improvement and AI-enabled designs.

The role emphasizes building ROI analyses, managing stakeholder updates, and maintaining project artifacts.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, public policy, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related HR/management consulting experience leading workstreams.
• Advanced analytical skills to structure ambiguous problems and derive insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Experience coaching others and collaborating across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead defined workstreams within engagements with structured approaches.
• Serve as shared problem-solving resource across two or more service lines.
• Act as day-to-day delivery lead on smaller engagements under directed owner.
• Coach Analysts, perform quality checks, and uphold methodologies.
• Support workforce planning and cross-geography collaboration.
