Job summary

WCG is seeking an HR Technology Platforms Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and optimization of our HR technology ecosystem. You will partner with HR leaders and Technology Solutions to align systems with business goals, drive automation, and deliver data-driven insights.

The role oversees HRIS, ATS, LMS, onboarding, learning, performance, compensation, and engagement platforms. You will manage upgrades, integrations, security, and user adoption while promoting AI-enabled solutions to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, information systems, business, CS, or analytics.
• 5+ years administering HR technology platforms.
• 2+ years implementing integrated HR systems (ATS, LMS, E‑R/Eng).
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, LMS, and employee engagement tools.
• Strong data extraction, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft CoPilot and Excel.
• Ability to translate requirements into tech solutions.
• Proven project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of audit controls and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop an HR technology roadmap in collaboration with HR leaders and business owners.
• Evaluate platform effectiveness and recommend enhancements or new investments.
• Serve as primary administrator for the HR technology ecosystem.
• Manage governance, security, and compliance across the tech stack.
• Lead system implementations, integrations, and optimization projects.
• Translate business requirements into technology solutions and automate workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders on training, change management, and adoption.
• Extract data for dashboards and workforce analytics, ensuring data quality.
