Job summary

Safelite Group is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Technology to lead strategy, governance, and delivery of HR tech solutions. You will own product vision across HR systems, drive roadmaps, and oversee end-to-end implementations with cross-functional partners.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvements, security, compliance, and scalable operations, with a focus on enhancing employee experience. Remote work option available in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• UKG cloud experience.
• 7-9 years progressive experience in HR Technology, HRIS, HCM, HR Operations or related discipline.
• 4-6 years people leadership experience, including coaching and managing teams.
• 4-6 years experience as Product Owner/System Owner/Functional Lead for enterprise HR platforms.
• Experience leading HR technology implementations, upgrades, acquisitions, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing complex projects with planning, budgeting, governance and exec communications.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver on time and within budget.
• Experience developing and managing technology roadmaps, prioritizing enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR technology projects, upgrades, and integrations.
• Define and execute the HR technology roadmap; act as product owner for HR systems.
• Ensure system stability, data integrity, security, and compliance across HR portfolio.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance and leaders to deliver tech-enabled process improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and drive adoption; identify opportunities for automation and improved UX.
• Perform other duties and comply with policies.
