Safelite is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Technology to lead strategy, governance, and delivery of HR technology solutions that enable business objectives and enhance employee experience. You will own HR platforms, define the product vision, roadmap, and governance, and drive end-to-end implementations with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• UKG cloud experience.
• 7-9 years of progressive experience in HR Technology, HRIS, HCM, HR Operations, IT, or related discipline.
• 4-6 years people leadership experience, including coaching and developing teams.
• 4-6 years experience serving as Product Owner, System Owner, or Functional Lead for enterprise HR technology platforms.
• Proven success leading HR technology implementations, upgrades, acquisitions, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing complex projects including planning, budgeting, governance, and executive communications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR Technology Projects, Programs and Implementations – end-to-end implementations, upgrades, integrations, and optimization projects.
• Lead HR Technology Strategy and Product Ownership – define roadmap; act as product owner for HR systems; prioritize enhancements and backlog.
• Manage HR Technology Operations and Governance – ensure system stability, data integrity, security, compliance, release management, vendor management.
• Stakeholder Partnership and Consultation – collaborate with HR, IT, Finance and leaders to identify opportunities and deliver improvements.
• Analytics and Continuous Improvement – monitor KPIs, drive adoption, leverage data, identify process automation opportunities.
• Performs other duties as assigned; complies with policies and standards.
