Job summary

Safelite Group is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Technology to lead strategy, governance, optimization, and delivery of HR technology solutions. You will partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure scalable, secure, compliant systems, acting as the business product owner for key HR platforms and guiding end-to-end implementations and major upgrades.

You will manage a remote-friendly team, drive KPIs, adoption, and process improvements while aligning technology investments with HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• UKG cloud experience.
• 7-9 years in HR technology, HRIS, HCM, or related fields.
• 4-6 years leadership experience.
• 4-6 years as Product Owner/System Owner for enterprise HR tech.
• Experience leading HR tech transformations and large system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end HR technology implementations, upgrades, integrations, and optimization projects.
• Oversee project plans, budgets, risks, governance, and stakeholder communications.
• Define and execute HR technology roadmap; act as product owner for HR systems.
• Ensure system stability, data integrity, security, compliance, and release management across HR tech.
