Medline seeks a Manager, HR Technology – Talent Products to lead strategy and the roadmap for HR technology across Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Talent Management, and Performance. You will partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable platform capabilities, with a focus on Workday and the broader talent tech ecosystem.

The role manages HR Technology Product Owners, drives continuous improvement, and aligns technology investments with priorities.

Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
4+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Product Management, or a related tech function.
Experience leading technology initiatives and partnering with HR/business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead HR technology strategy and product roadmap across Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Talent Management, and Performance.
Provide leadership for Workday and the talent technology ecosystem to expand capabilities.
Develop and manage HR Technology Product Owners and roadmaps.
Translate business strategies into technology capabilities and prioritized investments.
Drive innovation with AI, automation, and emerging HR technologies.
Ensure end-to-end solution design is scalable and globally consistent.
Monitor product performance using data and stakeholder feedback.
Manage day-to-day team operations and people leadership responsibilities.
