Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an accomplished HR technology architect to analyze and map the enterprise HR tech landscape, align with leadership, and craft multi-year strategies. You will collaborate with solution design and product teams to shape long-term architecture and governance across Workday and related platforms.

The role emphasizes translating business priorities into actionable technology plans, identifying gaps, and delivering executive-ready artifacts such as capability maps and roadmaps

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis, enterprise systems strategy or HR technology.
• Experience developing HR technology strategies and multi-year roadmaps.
• Strong enterprise systems thinking and experience in complex tech ecosystems.
• Hands-on Workday and other enterprise HRIS experience.
• Ability to translate inputs into clear strategic recommendations.
• Experience creating executive-level artifacts like capability maps and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document the HR technology landscape and systems of record.
• Lead system-level analysis and capability mapping across the HR tech ecosystem.
• Partner with leadership to develop a multi-year HR tech strategy and roadmap.
• Define capability-based frameworks to guide decisions across platforms.
• Identify fragmentation and opportunities for consolidation or differentiation.
• Develop executive-ready deliverables such as maps, roadmaps and decision tools.
• Translate People strategy into technology implications and trade-offs.
• Act as strategic partner to Solution Design and Product teams on long-term architecture.
• Support enterprise HR transformation by aligning priorities with scalable tech models.
