Job summary

ZipStaff Inc. is seeking a Solution Architect (HR) to design end-to-end business and technology solutions across enterprise HR platforms for a major healthcare organization.

You will own solution design for HR capabilities spanning SAP, Workday, and Azure, ensuring integrations meet security, scalability, and governance standards. This is a remote US contract (W2) role partnering with HR, security, architecture, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of solution architecture experience designing end-to-end solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and/or Workday in an enterprise environment.
• Experience designing integrations meeting functional, non-functional, security, and scalability requirements.
• Strong Azure experience in solution or integration architecture.
• Hands-on experience with APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong HR business process design skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with business, architecture, security, and delivery teams.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end HR and enterprise platform solutions.
• Define architecture for integrations among SAP, Workday, Azure, and connected systems.
• Ensure solutions meet functional, non-functional, security, and scalability requirements.
• Translate business-process designs into implementable architecture.
• Design and guide API-based integration approaches.
• Partner with business, HR, architecture, security, and delivery teams.
• Produce solution designs and architecture artifacts for delivery teams.
• Validate proposed designs align with enterprise architecture and governance.
