Job summary

Huxley is seeking an experienced Workday Solution Architect to lead the design, governance, and evolution of a complex HR technology ecosystem. This role collaborates with business and IT stakeholders to define the Workday architecture and roadmap.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in HR tech, deep Workday exposure, and hands-on integration experience (Studio, EIBs, APIs) within cloud environments. You will drive security, data governance, and continuous improvement across HR domains.

Qualifications

8+ years in HR technology environments
Proven experience as a Workday Solution Architect or similar
Strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire processes
Hands-on experience with Workday integrations (Studio, EIBs, APIs) and third-party systems
Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions in cloud environments

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the Workday solution architecture and roadmap.
Lead the design of scalable, secure, and efficient Workday solutions aligned with business needs.
Ensure seamless integration between Workday and other enterprise platforms.
Provide architectural guidance across Workday modules, integrations, and data flows.
Collaborate with HR, Technology, and external partners to drive solution delivery.
Establish best practices related to security, compliance, and data governance.
Support digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders on Workday capabilities and future developments.
