Job summary

Prolific is seeking HR and Talent Acquisition professionals to join our Expert Network for AI training and evaluation tasks. You will grade AI-generated HR content, develop realistic HR scenarios, and annotate data across employment, benefits, and workforce analytics.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in an HR or talent acquisition function at a mid-to-large enterprise, staffing agency, or HR consulting firm.
• Deep background in Talent Acquisition, Compensation/Benefits, Employee Relations, L&D, or HR Operations.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• HR certification is highly preferred.
• Ability to translate complex HR workflows into structured evaluation tasks and provide clear feedback.
• Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail when reviewing policy or compliance data.
• A PayPal account to receive payment from our clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI outputs: review and grade AI-generated content related to job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, and employee policy interpretation.
• Scenario creation: develop realistic HR workflow scenarios, such as performance management cycles, benefits enrollment, and employee investigations.
• Data validation: annotate and label data across various use cases, including offer letters, leave administration, and workforce analytics.
• Compliance auditing: provide structured feedback on the accuracy of AI responses regarding HRIS systems and labor laws.
• Framework collaboration: work with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks specifically for HR-domain AI applications.
