Job summary

Prolific is seeking HR and Talent Professionals to join its Expert Network to train and evaluate AI models with real HR expertise. A quick 10–15 minute test screens candidates, and successful participants may join Prolific as paid contributors, with the chance to work from home and earn competitive pay.

Qualifications

Professional experience in HR or talent acquisition in a mid-to-large enterprise.
Deep background in Talent Acquisition, Compensation/Benefits, Employee Relations, L&D, or HR Operations.
Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
HR certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI outputs: review and grade AI-generated content related to job descriptions and policies.
Create HR workflow scenarios (e.g., performance cycles, benefits enrollment, investigations).
Data validation: annotate and label data across use cases (offer letters, leave, analytics).
Audit compliance: assess accuracy of AI responses regarding HRIS and labor laws.
Collaborate with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for HR AI applications.
