Job summary

Prolific is seeking HR and Talent Acquisition professionals to join our Expert Network to help train and evaluate AI models using real people-operations expertise.

Candidates will complete a brief test and, if successful, may join Prolific as a paid participant to train and evaluate AI models. Pay is up to $50 per hour with tasks often requiring one hour of uninterrupted work and the option to work from home.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in an HR or talent acquisition function at a mid-to-large enterprise, staffing agency, or HR consulting firm.
• Domain knowledge in Talent Acquisition, Compensation/Benefits, Employee Relations, L&D, or HR Operations.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• HR certification is highly preferred.
• Analytical thinking to translate HR workflows into evaluation tasks and provide clear feedback.
• Exceptional written communication and attention to detail when reviewing sensitive policy or compliance data.
• Must have a PayPal account to receive payment from clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated content related to job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, and employee policy interpretation.
• Develop realistic HR workflow scenarios (e.g., performance cycles, benefits enrollment, employee investigations).
• Annotate and label data across use cases (offer letters, leave administration, workforce analytics).
• Provide structured feedback on accuracy of AI responses regarding HRIS systems and labor laws.
• Collaborate with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for HR-domain AI applications.
