Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Manager, HR Systems to drive enterprise HR technology strategy and execution across the employee lifecycle. This role partners with IT, vendors, and HR stakeholders to deliver scalable HRIS solutions, improve processes, and ensure data quality.

Location: Remote within the United States. Compensation: $122,000 – $214,000 annually. You will mentor HRIS analysts, lead complex initiatives, and own the HRIS roadmap with a focus on performance, reporting, and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on HRIS experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading complex HRIS or enterprise system initiatives.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems architecture.
• Experience with reporting, testing, and automation in HR technology.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and project leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex HRIS initiatives, including new functionality and enhancements.
• Own and influence the HRIS roadmap in alignment with organizational priorities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Resolve complex HRIS issues through root cause analysis and design decisions.
• Provide technical leadership for enterprise-wide HR programs.
• Partner with IT and vendors for system integrations and upgrades.
• Establish and maintain high-quality system documentation and reporting frameworks.
• Mentor HRIS analysts through knowledge sharing and best-practice coaching.
