Job summary

Ladders, a leader in healthcare workforce solutions, is seeking a Director - HRIS to guide the HRIS function and shape the technology strategy supporting people operations across the organization. This remote role oversees enterprise HR systems and partners with HR and IT to improve service delivery.

The ideal candidate will strengthen data governance, expand analytics, and drive automation initiatives while ensuring privacy and compliance in a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HRIS or HR technology experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing HRIS teams or enterprise HR technology functions.
• Deep expertise in administering and optimizing Workday in complex environments.
• Experience with large-scale HR technology implementations or transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HRIS strategy and technology roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead system administration, configuration governance, and optimization efforts.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to enhance business processes across HR functions.
• Collaborate with HR Operations and IT to streamline HR service delivery using ServiceNow.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Establish HR data governance standards and lead reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and data privacy laws in partnership with IT.
