Ladders is seeking a Senior HRBP Manager, Digital Technology to serve as a strategic people partner to digital technology leaders. You will translate business direction into actionable HR strategies and coach senior stakeholders to shape workforce decisions that drive growth.

Remote US-based position with flexible work arrangements. You will analyze data, influence HR priorities, and design workforce plans, succession, and organizational design to strengthen culture and performance.
