Naukri Mitra is seeking a Virtual Human Resources Consultant to redefine HR strategy from a remote home office. You will deliver expert HR guidance, design policies, and lead change management initiatives across diverse organizations and geographies.

You will partner with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, develop scalable hiring frameworks, and coach executives. A strong emphasis on inclusion, analytics, and compliant practices defines this role.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in consulting or generalist HR roles.
• Experience collaborating remotely with global, cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in HR analytics interpretation and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with performance, engagement and workforce planning tools.
• Proven ability to manage projects and client expectations independently.
• Strong communication skills and tact in sensitive topics.
• Familiarity with employment regulations across geographies.
