The role covers strategic workforce planning, talent management, change management, DEI initiatives, virtual leadership, and HR analytics, with strong emphasis on client relationships and delivering measurable people outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of HR consulting, talent management, or organizational development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce strategies aligned with clients' goals.
• Design and implement talent management and development programs.
• Lead change management and optimize organizational design.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in client orgs.
• Provide guidance on managing remote and hybrid teams.
• Help clients select HR tech and analyze workforce data.
