Job summary

You will construct scenarios across talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and compensation design to align with US and international standards.

Candidates should bring 5+ years as an HR leader or CHRO at a major firm, direct ownership of talent programs, and fluency with HRIS tools such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors and benchmarking

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading HR at a major company or consultancy.
• Direct ownership of talent programs or compensation design.
• Strong knowledge of HR tooling and employment-law fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR scenarios across talent acquisition, planning, relations, performance, and compensation.
• Create tasks for recruiting, employee relations, compliance and org development.
• Utilize HRIS, ATS, and benchmarking tools in design work.
• Apply US and international employment standards in analyses.
