Qualifications
- Requires Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 3 years in consulting or generalist HR roles.
- Experience collaborating remotely with global, cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in HR analytics interpretation and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with performance, engagement and workforce planning tools.
- Proven ability to manage projects and client expectations independently.
- Strong communication skills and tact in sensitive topics.
- Familiarity with employment regulations across geographies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or an equivalent discipline
- At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in consulting or generalist HR roles
- Strong track record of collaborating remotely with global, cross‑functional teams
- Proficient in interpreting HR analytics, ensuring compliance, and building effective frameworks
- Experience working with tools for performance, engagement, and workforce planning
- Capacity to manage projects and client expectations independently with professionalism
- Strong communication abilities, and capable of navigating sensitive topics with clarity, tact, and professionalism
- Familiarity with employment regulations and HR best practices across different geographies
- Industry-recognized certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)
- Proven involvement in large-scale organizational development projects
- Experience with coaching, DEIB initiatives, or workforce wellness strategies
- Comfort working in multilingual or multicultural environments
- Understanding of global employment legislation and regulatory nuances
- Additional training in HR analytics, workforce planning, or employment law is a plus
- HRIS platforms like BambooHR, Gusto, or Zenefits
- Talent management and engagement platforms such as Lattice, CultureAmp, or 15Five
- Productivity suites including Google Workspace & Microsoft 365
- Communication tools like Slack, Zoom, Teams
- HR policy and compliance management systems
- People analytics dashboards and survey platforms like Qualtrics or Peakon
