My Amazon Guy, a leading Amazon agency, is seeking an HR Specialist Intern to support employee relations, payroll, and HR projects. This remote role offers an EST schedule, 40 hours per week, and exposure to compensation, benefits, and HRIS tasks.

You will work closely with the HR Manager, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to maintaining confidential employee records while learning best practices in a fast-growing organization.

Qualificações

• Graduate in psychology or related field with an interest in HR.
• At least 6 months of HR-related experience or internship acceptable.
• Must maintain confidentiality with discretion and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented and organized with good communication skills.
• Willing to learn new HR tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Support HR functions including employee relations, compensation, benefits, and records.
• Assist HR Manager with projects and timely HR processes.
• Handle confidential information professionally and accurately.
• Maintain and update employee files and HR records.
• Prepare reports and analytics on HR trends for management.
• Support payroll processes and benefits administration.
• Assist with onboarding, contracts, and SLA drafts.
• Coordinate training for managers and staff.
