Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, customer service, recruiting, or office support.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset with ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Professional written and verbal communication with a service mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Word, Excel).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and good judgment.
• Eagerness to learn new HR systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Review applications for basic qualifications and flag candidates for review.
• Send interview reminders to candidates.
• Update candidate statuses and maintain recruiting records.
• Prepare welcome letters using approved templates.
• Track onboarding paperwork and follow up on items.
• Assist with data entry and document management in Rippling and SharePoint.
• Compile weekly updates on open positions, interviews, and hires.
• Facilitate ongoing HR communications between new hires and clients for smooth onboarding.
