Constructor is seeking an HR Intern to gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, HR operations and policy administration. You will work with a global team, learn HR best practices, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.

The role emphasizes learning, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment, with options for remote or hybrid work and international exposure.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of HR software/tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment: postings, resume screening, interview scheduling.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Help organize HR events, training, and engagement activities.
• Handle HR admin tasks: reports, documents, presentations.
