CBIZ, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive new revenue for the HR Solutions division.

This role focuses on acquiring net-new clients, expanding our footprint in HCM and payroll services, and positioning CBIZ as a consultative partner to mid-market organizations. You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation, conduct needs analyses, collaborate with internal SMEs, and maintain a strong pipeline through high-volume outreach.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales in HCM, payroll, HR consulting, PEO, or related SaaS HR tech.
• Proven ability to open doors, win net-new logos, and meet revenue targets.
• Experience selling to small to mid-market organizations (50-500 employees).
• Strong consultative selling with ability to articulate value/ROI.
• Highly self-motivated with high-volume outreach.
• Existing network of HR, finance, or business leaders is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• Conduct consultative needs analyses on HR, payroll, compliance, and workforce management.
• Collaborate with internal SMEs to tailor solutions and deliver compelling business cases.
