Republic Services is seeking an HR Shared Services Representative to deliver frontline HR support in a centralized model. You will handle employee, leader, and candidate inquiries, execute standardized HR processes in Workday, and partner with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure a compliant and positive experience.

Formación

• 4–7 years HR or administrative experience executing core HR processes.
• Experience in centralized or shared services HR operations.
• Experience supporting employees or candidates in high-volume, service-oriented environments.
• Demonstrated ability to follow documented processes and guidance.
• Comfort working with HR systems and case management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary HR inquiries contact for employees, leaders, and candidates in a high-volume queue-based environment.
• Use HR resources and procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality service with accurate documentation.
• Provide Workday onboarding tasks and employee data updates.
• Coordinate post-offer activities such as background screening, drug testing, and work authorization.
• Communicate post-offer requirements and timelines to candidates for a positive onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Compliance, and vendors on HR transactions.
• Explain standard HR policies and expedite non-routine scenarios as needed.
• Support payroll-related processes and liaise with ADP and payroll teams.
• Maintain confidentiality, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
