Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a Senior Representative for the Human Resources Service Center (HRSC). The role delivers prompt, accurate information to colleagues, handling calls, emails, tickets, and maintaining employee records.

Onboarding support and ongoing questions from HRSC colleagues are included, with emphasis on security and confidentiality. The position is mostly remote, with 2–3 months onsite training and a once-a-week onsite requirement on Thursdays, fostering efficient, high-quality HR

Qualifications

• Associates/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• One year of experience with standard HR products, services and policies/procedures.
• Three years of work experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to colleagues; answer questions via phone, email, or service requests and document contacts.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems; assist with onboarding.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries regarding HR services, benefits, compensation, and policies; coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Support HRSC team in handling complex interactions and contribute to process improvements.
