Job summary

Unified Women's Healthcare is seeking a Senior Representative, HR Shared Services to provide specialized support across onboarding, customer service, and information management. You will resolve moderately complex inquiries by applying HR process knowledge and maintaining accurate documentation.

You will partner with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, timely resolutions while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience with HRIS systems and onboarding processes.
• Ability to handle moderately complex teammate inquiries with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review escalated onboarding cases for compliance and timing.
• Gather background check and new hire paperwork details.
• Resolve onboarding issues with Talent Acquisition and HR COEs.
• Review escalated customer service cases for risk and triage.
• Log and resolve escalated teammate requests in HRSM systems.
