Job summary

Informa in Shawnee, KS, is seeking a HR Shared Services Specialist to deliver HR operational support for US colleagues. You will resolve queries, maintain data in SAP/Oracle and other HR systems, and support onboarding, timekeeping and leave processes, ensuring accurate records and compliance with US employment laws.

Qualifications

• General familiarity in HR functions with 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent skills.
• Basic knowledge of payroll and benefits administration.
• Basic knowledge of data management lifecycles in a core HR system.
• Basic knowledge of HR policies.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of ADP, Oracle HR, and SAP HR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides first point of contact and excellent customer service to all colleagues, management, and HR Business Partners.
• Resolution of colleague inquiries, creating necessary paperwork for processing and/or entering changes into HR Systems e.g. ADP, Oracle and SAP.
• Facilitate the hiring and onboarding processes, leave management, and leave processes by submitting necessary paperwork and entering accurate information into SAP and Oracle.
• Manages the life cycle of a colleague through onboarding, employment changes, and the leaver process.
• Support colleagues and management by assisting with timecard corrections, approving time off, helping with the timekeeping process and answering queries about time off policies.
• Facilitates the HR On-boarding process, completes HR profile and I-9’s.
