Job summary

Informa seeks a HR Shared Services Specialist based in our Shawnee, KS office to deliver HR operational support and data maintenance. You will resolve colleague inquiries, maintain data in SAP/Oracle and other HR systems, and support onboarding, timekeeping and leave processes.

You will collaborate with HRSSO, Payroll, Benefits, and HR Business Partners to improve processes and employee experiences while supporting a growing US HR function.

Qualifications

• General familiarity with HR functions; 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of payroll and benefits administration.
• Basic knowledge of data lifecycles in core HR systems.
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact and excellent service to colleagues, management and HR Business Partners.
• Process changes into HR systems (personal data, job info, reporting lines, compensation) in ADP, Oracle, SAP.
• Facilitate hiring and onboarding, leave management, and accurate SAP/Oracle data entry.
• Manage lifecycle of a colleague from onboarding through employment changes to leaver.
• Assist with timecard corrections, time-off approvals and timekeeping policy queries.
