Job summary

Associa is seeking an experienced HR Services Specialist to provide responsive HR support across multiple states. You will guide employees and leaders through HR policies, processes, and systems, ensuring timely and accurate interactions while maintaining confidentiality.

You will manage multi-state HR activities, onboarding, changes, leaves, and separations, partnering with HR leaders to resolve complex matters. This role is remote and supports a wide range of employee lifecycle activities.

Qualifications

• Multi-state HR experience supporting employees and managers across states.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible HR experience.
• Knowledge of HR policies, employee lifecycle, and employment practices.
• Experience using an HRIS, case-management platform, or ticketing system; ADP Vantage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for employees and leaders across states.
• Provide timely, accurate HR guidance and escalate when needed.
• Navigate HR policies, programs, systems, and processes with professionalism.
• Manage requests from initial contact to resolution and maintain records.
• Collaborate with HR partners to address complex employee matters.
