OCI Hospitality is seeking an HR & Payroll Generalist to cover benefits and payroll for our hotel portfolio. The role reports to the Corporate Director of Human Resources and serves as the main contact for benefit questions while providing payroll processing coverage.

This is a remote position with occasional travel to properties as needed. You will manage multi-state payroll, ensure compliance with FLSA/FMLA/ACA/COBRA/ADA/I-9 rules, administer HRIS data, and support recruiting, onboarding, and

Competenze

• 3+ years of HR generalist experience with benefits administration.
• Hands-on payroll processing across multiple states.
• Knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ACA, COBRA, ADA, and I-9 rules.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll software and Excel.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Mansioni

• Serve as backup for HR and payroll across the hotel portfolio.
• Respond to employee benefit questions and enrollments.
• Process enrollments, life events, terminations, and COBRA actions.
• Support ACA tracking, state unemployment, and postings.
• Coach managers on attendance, performance, and HR policies.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, I-9 and E-Verify compliance.
• Maintain HRIS and generate headcount, turnover, and benefits reports.
• Support recruiting, postings, screening, and offers.
