Job summary

00 RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide broad HR support across six states in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with HR Business Partners to deliver employee relations and policy adherence while handling recruitment, onboarding, and performance processes.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex healthcare setting. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2-4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Experience supporting multi-state operations.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEOC, and state-specific requirements.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office; solid HR reporting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and HR issues.
• Support investigations, coaching, and employee relations across multiple states.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and policy adherence.
• Maintain confidential HR records and generate regular HR metrics.
• Assist with acquisitions integrations and change management as needed.
