Job summary

CNO Financial Group, Inc. in Carmel, IN is seeking an Associate Services Analyst to support daily Human Resources inquiries via the MyHR service center, manage leave & accommodation administration, unemployment coordination, and other HR duties with a focus on associate experience.

The role involves auditing employment documents, maintaining the Labor Law Poster Program, and contributing to training delivery including New Hire orientation. Remote work within US-based hours is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Knowledge of leaves of absence and ADA accommodations, state and federal employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, NLRB, Title VII).
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency.
• One year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Review Tier 1 and 2 MyHR requests; escalate others for timely responses.
• Support knowledge base development for Tier 1 and 2 requests.
• Manage Labor Law Poster Program; complete audits.
• Audit employment documents for gaps, errors, and unsigned documents; assist with regulatory audits.
• Coordinate wage garnishments and employee records with internal stakeholders.
• Participate in training development and New Hire orientation.
• Document and streamline processes; identify training opportunities to improve first-touch resolution.
